Heavy grow media bags may have a separate surplus charge per bag. We do not earn any money with shipping fees. For large bags of soil, there is a shipping surcharge of either €3.50 (Biobizz Light-Mix, 50 liters; Biobizz All-Mix, 50 liters:) or €6.50 (all other substrates from 40 liters) due to the weight. This will be displayed at the checkout.

Shipping with DHL GoGreen🥦 is more sustainable than standard direct shipping as it helps reduce vehicle emissions. We are committed to making responsible packaging and transportation choices and will continue to work to provide the best options for you and the environment.

Please note that full shipping costs are not included in the refund unless the device was faulty or defective on arrival.

Please avoid abbreviations in the “First Name” field when placing your order.

How can I track my order?

Please visit our order tracking page where you can enter your order number and track the status of your order, or use the order tracking link you received in your shipping confirmation email. If you have ordered via DHL, you can receive automatic shipping notifications via push notifications on your phone or via the app itself.

How can I change the details of my order, e.g. the delivery address or a time slot?

Please visit our order tracking page to view the current status of your shipment or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can check the carrier's website to see what options are available. For home delivery, DHL offers the option to change the time and location.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will process it quickly. For this reason, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or change your order immediately after you have placed it. If you receive an order or an item that you do not wish to keep, you can return it. You can find more information about this in our returns section.

Will I receive a copy of my invoice?

Currently, our parcels do not include a pre-printed invoice. However, you will receive all order-related information and the invoice with your order confirmation email in your inbox.

Please note that we cannot change any information on invoices.

What should I do if I have not received my order?

You will receive an automatic message as soon as your order has been dispatched. Our delivery times for Germany are usually 1-2 working days for standard deliveries (except for special offers such as End-of-Season-Sale, Mid-Season-Sale, Black-Week and Christmas, where it may take longer). Please use the tracking link you received in your shipping confirmation email.
